General rules for solid surface worktop
Use a microfibre cloth with soapy water for grease and oil, rinse thoroughly and escalate only to the brand care guide. Stop and contact the warranty centre if a persistent mark or surface change remains.
Check the label
Identify the brand, colour, sheen and sink integration. Abrasive repair sequences vary by finish and should not be improvised on a local stain.

Solid Surface Worktop can be damaged by a cleaner that is harmless on a different material. Identify the exact fibre, coating, finish, care code and construction before treating a stain.
Use the least aggressive route
Use a microfibre cloth with soapy water for grease and oil, rinse thoroughly and escalate only to the brand care guide. Stop and contact the warranty centre if a persistent mark or surface change remains.
Judge only when dry
A remaining patch may be residue, dye transfer, finish change or material damage. Stop if a hidden test changes colour, gloss, texture, shape or adhesion, and use a specialist when the care label or finish cannot be established.
